Recently, in exosome research, NanoSight has provided new insights by detecting exosomes and counting particle numbers through its unique features and technology. ■ Adoption of unique measurement technology "Nanoparticle Tracking Analysis (NTA)" A proprietary measurement method from NanoSight that calculates particle size based on the Brownian motion of each particle. ■ Measurement of individual nanoparticles/exosomes Instead of using averaged particle sizes obtained from fluctuations in scattered light intensity, it measures and displays the size of individual particles. ■ Visual observation of particle scattered light Real-time observation of the Brownian motion of nanoparticles in liquid on a PC screen is possible. ■ No need for refractive index or reflectivity information Samples with unknown surface property data, such as newly developed materials, surface coatings, and biomaterials, can be measured accurately.

The ZetaView x30 series nanoparticle tracking analysis (NTA) device can analyze the size and concentration of individual particles, such as exosomes and liposomes, by capturing video of Brownian motion. It can be equipped with up to four wavelengths of lasers. The high-speed laser/filter switching suppresses fluorescence fading and accurately determines the particle size distribution of fluorescently labeled particles.
